Pava Satin F5

Brand new from our friends down the road at the Ellis/Pava workshop, an absolutely wonderful sounding mandolin that could very well be the best value in all of the American made F5 mandolins currently in production. The tone and volume of this instrument are certainly on par with those costing much more, as is the feel, fit and finish, and playability. A beautiful balance of depth and complexity mixed with dry, woody, crystal clear note separation and brilliance. The voicing of this mandolin will easily stand out in an ensemble of instruments, as well as provide a beautiful and inspiring solo experience.

Adirondack spruce top, Red maple back/sides/neck(one piece back), ebony fretboard with pearl position markers, full contact ebony adjustable bridge, grained ivoroid top binding, Gotoh tuners with pearl buttons, James tailpiece, ebony pick guard, radiused fretboard, 1-1/8" bone nut. Comes with a Superior brand fiberglass hardshell case
