Qualities found in only the finest of mandolins. The responsiveness of this mandolin is second to none. The volume and power it produces with just the lightest of touch is truly remarkable.

This one features an Engelmann spruce top and we feel it gives it an added layer of warmth compared to the Adirondack topped models that we have had come through the shop. Of course, as with all Northfield instruments the craftsmanship, materials, and attention to detail are top tier. Gorgeous dark sunburst, Gilchrist designed tailpiece, 1-3/16" nut width, radiused fretboard, varnish finish. Comes with a beautiful Airloom Recurve case from Northfield.
