Eastman MD614 - Gold Burst

A great F4 oval hole mandolin from Eastman We feel like the quality of Eastman mandolins just keeps getting better and better and this mandolin is a great example of just that. Beautiful sweet tone with strong volume, lots of sustain, and nice balance across the tonal spectrum. The added bass response of the oval hole design adds a layer of richness, but the mandolin still retains plenty of cutting power to be heard in an ensemble of instruments.  Plus, it's just gorgeous! The block inlays, pick guard, and triple binding round out the beautiful finish spectacularly. This model comes equipped with a factory installed K&K Duotone pickup that sounds very natural and true to the acoustic properties of the instrument. Radiused fretboard, 1-3/32" nut width. Comes with a "violin style" case from Eastman.
