Brand new Eastman MD515V. This is a beautiful, strong mandolin that is noticeably louder and fuller sounding than it's lacquer counterparts. Great woody tonal character with a nice percussive quality. Evenly balanced across the tonal spectrum. It would be very hard to find a better F5 mandolin at this price point. The factory distressing is very tasteful and includes arm wear, varnish pits, tailpiece tarnish, and neck wear. We performed a setup and the mandolin plays wonderfully in all positions. 1-3/32" nut width, radiused fretboard. Comes with a hardshell case from Eastman.
