2024 Mandolindo Scholar (KR Strings)

2024 Mandolindo Scholar in excellent plus condition. Any signs of prior ownership will require very close scrutiny to notice. This is a super fun instrument that we feel like would lend itself wonderfully to jazz and swing styles, and also sounds great playing celtic fiddle tunes. It's much easier on the fingers than a standard double coursed mandolin which would make it ideal for lengthy practice sessions. The construction of this instrument is top tier with beautiful components and fit and finish throughout. It is sure to turn some heads! Engelmann spruce top, mahogany back/sides/neck, ebony fretboard and bridge, ebony binding, 5 ring rosette, Grover open geared tuners w/black buttons, pearl position markers, adjustable truss rod, bone nut and saddle, 13.875" scale length, radiused fretboard, 1-1/16" nut width. Comes with a very nice "faux alligator skin" hardshell case.
