2022 Collings 14 Fret 001TS (Walnut)

2022 Collings 001TS (Traditional Series, Satin Finish) in excellent plus condition. Outside of some extremely faint marks on the pick guard we can find no signs of prior use at all.

This is a truly magnificent instrument that, in our opinion, perfectly balances a rich and lush tonal character with dry and crisp clarity. Seemingly contradicting itself, it is somehow both warm and bright simultaneously and incredibly balanced over all positions. This is a powerful and loud guitar but it also responds beautifully to just the lightest of touch. This is a guitar that would be equally outstanding both flat picked or played finger style.

Sitka spruce top, Walnut back and sides, Honduran mahogany neck, ebony bridge (with drop in saddle)and fretboard, Collings' traditional build style and voicing, tortoise binding with custom wood purflings, tortoise bridge pins, tortoise, strap button at neck heel, tortoise pick guard, 24-7/8" scale length, 2-5/16" string spacing at bridge, 1-3/4" nut width.
