2019 Pava A5 Satin Wide Nut

2019 Pava A5 Satin in excellent condition. Just a few very minor signs of use that will require up close scrutiny to notice.

This is an absolutely beautiful sounding mandolin with a wonderful mix of crisp, woody clarity against a rich depth containing just the right amount of complexity and nuance. Plenty of power to be heard in any ensemble of instruments, yet responds beautifully to a delicate touch. Perfectly balanced across the strings as well as up and down the fretboard. The set up is low and very comfortable and the mandolin plays easily in all positions with no issues whatsoever. 

Adirondack spruce top, Red maple back (one piece back), sides and neck, radiused ebony fretboard with pearl position markers, ebony "full contact" adjustable bridge, tortoise binding, Gotoh tuners, James tailpiece, 1-3/16" bone nut, adjustable truss rod. Comes with a Superior hardshell fiberglass case, which is original to the instrument.
