1997 Gibson Granada

1997 Gibson Granada (serial 9709-47) in good condition. This banjo has been in service all of its life so it does show some wear in the form of some finishing checking, scratches and dings, and some capo wear on the neck. All of this is cosmetic and the banjo is in overall great condition with no prior repairs and none needed.

A powerful banjo with a beautiful tone well balanced between brightness and depth. Even with the play wear, this is an absolutely beautiful instrument with amazing details and more importantly, an incredible sound. These are getting harder and harder to find! Currently set up for bluegrass with a 5/8" bridge that could be swapped out if a lower action is desirable. Spikes installed at frets 7,9, and 10. Comes with its original combo lock hardshell case from Gibson.
