1971 Martin 000-18

1971 Martin 000-18 in good vintage condition. It shows the dings, scratches, and finish abrasions common with just about any instrument that has been in service for well over 50 years.

This is an absolutely beautiful sounding instrument with a rich depth and the wonderful woody snap of a fine vintage mahogany guitar. The tone is seasoned and mature in a way that is only achieved through years of playing. Crystal clear note definition and outstanding balance. This guitar received a complete overhaul by Austin ace luthier Dick Dubois including a neck reset, compression re-fret, and full set up. The neck angle and relief are perfect and the guitar plays wonderfully in all positions with no issues. Its ready for another 50 years of beautiful music!

Spruce top, mahogany back/sides/neck, Brazilian rosewood fretboard and bridge, 24.9" scale length, 1-11/16" nut width. Hardshell case included (worn but functional).
