1964 Gibson F-25 in excellent vintage condition. There is some finish checking and a few dings here and there but really nothing for an instrument of this age that has been in service. You could search for a long time before finding another one in this condition.

A beautiful sounding guitar with the lovely dry and crisp sound that only comes with years of age and playing. Wide open, balanced tone with a surprising amount of bass response for a small body guitar. This is the perfect instrument for those that prefer the feel of a wide neck similar to a classical guitar (2" at the nut) but want a vintage steel string guitar. In fact, this model was originally marketed by Gibson as being "convertible" with the ability to use either classical/nylon or steel strings. The guitar is set up with a nice low and comfortable action and plays great in all positions with no issues whatsoever. Plenty of saddle material for any future adjustments. No repairs and none needed. We believe that the guitar is all original with the possible exception of the frets. A very cool vintage guitar!

Spruce top (X braced), mahogany back/sides/neck, double pick guard, rosewood fretboard, rosewood bridge, 12 fret neck joint, Kluson Deluxe tuners, adjustable truss rod, 24-5/8" scale length, 2" nut width. Comes with its original chipboard case.
